Q: Can I order outside of the GTA?
A: Right now our wholesale only delivers in the GTA.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Right now, if we deliver tire to you, there is no cost to shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you cancel your order before you ship, we will promptly return any payment that has been made. If your order is out for delivery, we will try to intercept your order and return it, but please be advised that the credit for the order will be issued as per our Return/Refund Policy.
Q: Can I buy an odd number of tires and or wheels?
A: Yes, you may order as many tires as you need. We typically offer an additional incentive for large volumes (25 tires or more).
Q: Why don’t you have my vehicle listed in your selectors?
A: We are always adding to and updating our database of vehicles. If you don’t see your vehicle listed we recommend that you contact and request a vehicle be added. Please note, some vehicles come in more than one option and listing all options per vehicle is challenging. We work very hard to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date list of vehicles.
There is also a difference between US and Canadian models. Although we try to obtain the most accurate information, it is not always correct. Most data that is available to us comes from U.S. sources.
Q: How come your wheel/tire selector does not bring any results for my vehicle?
A: There are a couple of reasons that this may occur. Some vehicles are very difficult to fit with after-market wheels and therefore we classify them into this category. Most of the time we can offer wheels/tires, but it has to be done manually by one of our tire and wheel experts. We ask that you contact us with these special requests. Another reason for ‘no results” being displayed is that we have not completed updating our vehicle’s database with specific models of this car. We encourage you to contact us. We will try our best to help you find the right product, or refer you to other sources.
